Is anxiety getting in the way of you leading your best life? Did something happen years or even decades ago that still impacts you and you don't know how to move past it? Are experiences from your past impacting your relationships? Your work? Your sleep? Do you have physical symptoms that don't seem to have a medical cause but cause you difficulty in your life? Are you experiencing panic symptoms?

Therapy can help.

My Approach

My therapeutic style focuses on healing past traumas to help you get your life back. My work is grounded in the belief that humans are resilient, strong, and naturally capable of healing.  Sometimes factors in our lives obstruct this natural ability and it is our work in therapy to remove these obstacles and get you on the path to feeling your best.

I utilize a two pronged approach to therapy:

1) Help you build skills to cope with current symptoms through mindfulness, guided imagery, and cognitive behavioral skills. These skills will help you manage what is happening currently in your life and regain your functioning.

2) I utilize evidence based practices including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Focused therapy to help address the core causes for the symptoms you are experiencing.
